Cancellation Policy and Damages Deposit

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, and to avoid charges, please cancel a minimum of 7 days before the arrival date; otherwise, there will be a penalization for 100% of the amount.

Damages Deposit

A deposit of USD 60 (or 1,000 Mexican Pesos) will be required as soon as you check-in. It will be paid in cash or Credit card and refunded as soon as the proper staff checks the room to clear for damages. If it is in cash, it will be refunded as soon as you check out; if it were on Credit Card, it would take up to 7 days for the refund to be reflected on your account
