Terra del Valle’s construction ended in June 2014, as a product of a long cherished dream.

We wanted a 100% ecological and self-sustaining building to honor the nature that surround us, here in Valle de Guadalupe. For that reason, we used bales of wheat straw for the walls to keep the building cool during the summer and warm in winter.

For the plaster, we used natural materials as lime and sand.

The hotel is serviced by Nacho and Ana, owners of the hotel. In the exterior garden, we seeded endemic plants that require very little water which we obtain from our own artisanal well.
